Amendment 03/04/2020 The purpose of this amendment is to add an additional window for quote and clarify that the solicitation is not a sealed bid. The expectation is that interested vendors shall email there quote to christopher.ford@usda.gov. No mailed copies of proposals will be accepted. No other terms and conditions of the solicitation have changed. Original Scope The USDA Forest Service Southern Region El Yunque National Forest (Puerto Rico) in collaboration with the US FISH & WILDLIFE SERVICE intends to solicit quotes for the award of the removal and installation of hurricane shutters. The work to be performed shall consist of the contractor furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, facilities, and supplies. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes associated with this requirement are: 238190 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The magnitude of this solicitation is below $250,000.00. All vendors must be registered in sam.gov to be considered for award. The attached documents will be included as part of the future solicitation but have been disclosed at this time for reference. A copy of the solicitation, scope of work and any amendments will be available for downloading from the internet in the future.
