THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY AND A SOLICITATION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The El Yunque National Forest in Rio Grande Puerto Rico. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government. The information collected will be used for market research to define the government's requirements and create the appropriate acquisition strategy. Responding to this notice does not automatically include the responder on any bidders list, if such a list is developed. Depending on the quantity and quality of the responses received, the criteria may serve to generate the initial pool of potential contractors to be invited to respond to a resulting solicitation. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks qualified contractors that can provide a portable restroom within an enclosed trailer for the El Yunque National Forest, Supervisors Office (SO) located in Rio Grande, PR. Sources Sought Notice and Request for Information (RFI) 1243ZP20Q0002. The proposed acquisition classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562991 Septic Tank and Related Service. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database as required by FAR 4.1102 to be considered for any awards. See FAR 52.204-7 for registration instructions. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor FBO for any amendments.
