Solicitation is extended through June 3, 2020 at 12:30pm EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1243N920Q0007 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04. The intent is to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base plus up to three option years for Flatbed Trucks for the purpose of transporting equipment for Wildfire Suppression, Prescribed Fire Burning, All Risk Incidents, Road Maintenance and other work as determined by the Government. The truck may also be used to transport crawler dozers, excavators and other related equipment on various roads to include paved roads, unpaved roads, roads with steep grades, roads with tight turning radiuses, and roads with soft sandy bases along with other environmental factors. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Additional clauses and provisions applicable to this acquisition are attached.
