This project includes reconstructing approximately 1.95 miles of the total 3.4 miles of FSR 1245 (2.3 miles) and 1245A (1.1 miles). All work to be accomplished is located within the boundaries of the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests in Georgia, specifically the Oconee Ranger District, 1199 Madison Road, Eatonton, GA 31024.

The resultant contract, if any, will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for road reconstruction. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals needed to perform the work in accordance with the schedule of items, specifications, terms, conditions, provisions and attachments as shown in the solicitation. NAICS) Code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a Small business size standard of $36.5M. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. ALL WORK ON THIS PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED BY SEPTEMBER 18, 2020. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. The Government anticipates issuing this solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
