The Forest Service (FS) has a requirement for manual forestry services to include herbicide application, and vegetation treatments using hand tools, including mid-story reduction, and hand piling at the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest Chattooga River Ranger District located at Blue Ridge RD, 2042 Highway 515, West Blairsville, GA 30512 as described in the attached specifications. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and incidentals, to perform all work in accordance with the technical specifications and the project drawings.
