This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and procedures of FAR Subpart 13 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S. Forest Service, Southern Region (8), is soliciting quotes for Non-Native Invasive Species (NNIS) Treatment for the Conasauga Ranger District within the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest. The North American Industry Classification System [NAICS] code for this acquisition is 115310 with the Size Standard of $8M. The awarded contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price. The Request for Quotation [RFQ] is issued 13 April 2020. The date and time for receipt of proposals is 29 April 2020 5pm Eastern Standard Time [EST]. Quotes shall be submitted electronically by email ONLY. No hardcopy proposals will be accepted. Email proposals to the Contract Specialist, Alicia Hawkins, at Alicia.hawkins@usda.gov, the due date. Contractors/vendors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management [SAM] system PRIOR to submitting the proposal and/or by the proposal due date.
