The Powell Duplex Improvements project on the Nez Perce–Clearwater National Forest involves removing and replacing the existing roof(s), water-damaged Structurally Insulated Panels, and some structural members in the roof and walls of an existing residential duplex. Demolished materials must be disposed of off Forest Service lands in accordance with all state and federal laws. This commercial construction acquisition is a total Small Business set-aside under NAICS 236118. The applicable small business size standard is $45 million.
