This project involves constructing new parking and living areas at the Gipsy Lake Day Use site on the Townsend Ranger District. The work includes excavation, grading, and furnishing new sites to fit naturally into the landscape. The base bid is for constructing a double-wide parking area with two living areas, including tree removal. Option 01 adds a single-wide parking area with one living area, requiring new culverts and a ditch. Option 02 adds another single-wide parking area with one living area, involving the installation of government-furnished barrier rocks.
