GAOA Powell Duplex Improvements, Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest
This project involves the removal and replacement of the roof, water-damaged structural insulated panels, and some structural members of a residential duplex on the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest. The work is to be performed at the Powell Ranger Station. The contractor must provide all materials and labor in accordance with attached specifications. The building is a relatively new, two-story, two-unit family housing residence for station staff that has sustained significant water damage. An amendment has extended the closing date and offers a second site visit.
