The contract consists of procurement, delivery, site preparation, and instillation in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications for one new concrete vault toilet at the staked location on USFS Road 15061. This contract requires furnishing labor, equipment (fully operated), supervision, transportation, operating supplies, climate necessary concrete protection, and incidentals to complete this project in accordance with the Worklists, Drawings, Specifications, and Special Project Provisions of this contract. The contractor shall be required to have a mapping program, like Avenza Maps, on their smart phone, tablet or GPS device that can read the pdf maps provided in the contract in order to display and locate the contract items.
