Work items incidental to roof replacement includes: removing existing roofing materials; replacing damaged roof sheathing (if any); removing obsolete roof penetrations; installing underlayment and ice and water shield; installing new metal roofing systems including fascia, flashings, and trim; and bracing and supporting roof penetrations. There are two optional pay items (two buildings) that will be awarded if funding is available. Project Location: CDA Nursery 3600 W Nursery Road Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815 Price Range: FAR Part 36.204(d) Between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract Time: Work shall be completed by October 15, 2025.
