The work shall consist of excavating material from under the cabin sufficient to install new foundation, installing gravel base material, footings, and stem walls as shown in the plans. Backfill around the foundation and remove excess material from the site. The contractor will furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract.
