This contract involves decommissioning of the three Slip N Slide (formerly Shooting Star) dams and restoring the Slip N Slide drainage to a native wetland habitat. The project will be broken into two phases that are expected to be awarded over two years. Depending on USFS funding available, both phases may be awarded simultaneously in Year 1. Base 1 (Year 1) includes all earthwork, all rockwork (salvage, delivery, and placement), and primary herbicide treatment. Option 2 (Year 2) includes the remainder of restoration work items plus herbicide spot treatment.
