This project is for the replacement of existing wood siding, trim, pre-hung man door, and overhead door on the Augusta Warehouse with a new Fiber-Cement siding system. Finished Fiber-Cement siding and trim color, texture, and appearance shall match the existing configuration. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing siding, trim, door, overhead door, and electrical fixtures; and the installation of all new exterior wall sheathing, weather barrier, Fiber-Cement siding, trim, man door, and overhead door. Remove and replace soffit if necessary to replace siding. Door opening may need to be modified to accommodate new door installations.
