Description of Work -The contractor shall provide all services and materials to replace existing exterior doors (quantity of 1, 2 or 3) at the south side of Fernan Main Office building for the Coeur d’Alene River Ranger District. These three doors lead to employee parking lot and outbuildings of the main employee access. Door(s) and hardware provided shall be metal and glass construction, medium to heavy duty, and must be compatible with an electronic card reader locking mechanism. Accommodations will need to be considered for retrofitting card readers after the door(s) are installed. Door(s) shall be complete with panic bar, pull bar, lock, hinges, and all other necessary hardware to provide security to the building occupants. Project Location - FERNAN RANGER STATION, 2502 E. SHERMAN AVE., COEUR D’ALENE, IDAHO 83814. The door(s) are located on the south side of the administrative building. Access would be provided through the employee parking lot. The employee access gate is located on Theis Drive on the southeast side of the ranger station administration building. Magnatude of Project - $10,000 to $25,000
