The resultant Purchase Order (PO), if any, will be issued as a single award firm-fixed (FFP) price PO.The quoter is responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments of the solicitation and any subsequent postings. Quotes are due on May 25, 2022 3:00 P.M. Mountain Time. All interested parties must be registered with System for Awards Management (www.sam.gov) with the NAICS code 237310 (Highway, Street and Bridge Construction) Any questions regarding this solicitation must be received at least 5 work days before quotes are due. The project consists of 2 items. The government intends to award all the items dependent on the schedule of items. If the total quote exceeds the available funding, items shall be selected on a per item basis. This contract requires furnishing labor, equipment (fully operated), supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals to perform the work as described herein. All work shall comply with the plans, drawings, and specifications, for this project. Item 1 - Road 5626. Furnish, haul, place, and compact SD DOT ¾” Gravel Surfacing, at various locations shown on the Map and Road Log. Remove & Dispose of the 72” x 80’ culvert @ MP 5.10 and the 18” x 40’ culvert @ MP 5.25. In place of the removed culverts use oversized rock to construct low water crossings. Remove fill material over the culvert @ 5.10 and place on new road alignment, the existing road 5626 or other designated areas. Construct 4 water bars. Item 2 - Road 5742. Furnish, haul, place, and compact SD DOT ¾” Gravel Surfacing, at various spots on the road. Construct 6 water bars.

SD on the Grand River National Grasslands Price Range. $100,000 - $250,000 Pre-Bid Tour. There will not be a pre bid tour of this project.
