Z1FA- Bunkhouse Roof Replacement at Hebgen Ranger District on the Custer-Gallatin National Forest SET ASIDE for Service Disabled Vetran Owned Small Business ONLY Intent of Contract – The intent of the contract is to provide for the completion of the work described below. The precise details of performing the work are not stipulated, except as considered essential for the successful completion of the work. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. Scope of Contract. The work shall consist of removing and disposing of existing metal roofing, installing eave extensions, providing and installing roofing, underlayment, trim, soffit, and facia, and all necessary appurtenances. The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying all measurements to determine necessary quantities and sizes of materials to be furnished. Construction Magnitude – between $25,000 and $100,000 Pre-bid Tour - No pre-bid tour of the project will be conducted.
