This project requires the Contractor to supply 4 new precast concrete vault toilet buildings and install 3 of the new vault toilet buildings. It includes the demolition, removal, and site restoration of 6 pit toilet buildings. Work requires all aspects of precast construction, delivery offloading of all 4 of the new toilet buildings, and placement and assembly of the 3 of the new buildings and their features. Other than the specific exception for the Emmons Saddle building installation, the supply and installation of all the precast toilet buildings shall be complete in every detail. Miscellaneous items of materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, and labor necessary to complete the work described, indicated, or reasonably implied in the statement of work, technical specifications and/or drawings shall be included as part of the Contract as if fully specified.
