The work shall consist of removing and disposing of existing metal roofing, installing eave extensions, providing and installing roofing, underlayment, trim, soffit, and facia, and all necessary appurtenances. The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying all measurements to determine necessary quantities and sizes of materials to be furnished. Construction Magnitude – $25,000 -$100,000 Start Work - It is estimated that work will begin in June 2021. Period of Performance – Contract to be completed in 45 calendar days. Contractor may, upon approval of CO, opt to work over weekends. Complete Solicitation package with drawings will be posted in 10-15 days on this website.
