Work will consist of bituminous surface treatment and aggregate placement (chip sealing) on existing paved roads, campgrounds, turnouts. Work will consist of bituminous surface treatment and aggregate placement (chip sealing) on existing paved roads, campgrounds, turnouts. Work will also include crack sealing and asphalt pavement patching. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, operating supplies, materials and incidentals necessary to complete the project as awarded. All work and equipment shall be in compliance with the terms, specifications, and provisions of this contract. All equipment shall be in good mechanical operating condition, fully capable of performing all phases of work as required, and shall be operated by competent, qualified operators experienced in the work.
