Ross Springs Waterline Replacement
The project involves replacing abandoned 4-inch asbestos cement pipe with 4-inch HDPE water main, including associated valves and lateral connections. Work includes installing 4,450 linear feet of HDPE pipeline, mostly in shallow bury or laid on cleared ground and covered with imported fill from a government source. An additional 1,150 linear feet of existing pipeline will be covered with imported fill from a government source. The scope also includes two combination air-vacuum valves with utility boxes, associated valves, daylight drains, pumpout drains, and connections to existing lateral mains and services.
