GAOA Mesa Falls VC Roof Repairs in Caribou-Targhee National Forest, Idaho
The project covers roof and other deferred maintenance at the Mesa Falls Visitor’s Center on the Caribou-Targhee National Forest, operated by the Caribou-Targhee NF and Harriman State Park on the Ashton/Island Park Ranger District in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Base work includes reroofing by removing and replacing existing corrugated metal panels, metal trim, and flashing; exterior painting/staining of log walls, wood shingle walls, trim, doors, and windows; and minor repairs for woodpecker damage and one damaged overhang framing location. Optional items include snow guards and repair of all round framing at all overhangs. The contractor must provide all required materials and remove and properly dispose of all demolished materials.
