The project involves repairing or replacing HVAC equipment at multiple locations in the Payette National Forest, including the McCall Helibase, Krassel District Office, and Council Engine Bay. Required work includes replacing an outdoor air conditioning unit at McCall Helibase, replacing a coil in the north outdoor air conditioning unit at Krassel District Office, and replacing a ceiling-mounted propane unit at Council Engine Bay. Optional work at the Supervisors Office includes repairing three existing systems, fixing an outdoor coil leak and communication issues in the IT room system, addressing identified outdoor air system issues, repairing multi-zone pump monitoring, and installing a three-phase power monitor and conditioner.
