Stockmore Admin Site Renovation
The base project involves renovation work at the Forest Service Stockmore Building, including window and exterior door installations, door hardware on garage closet doors, demolition, electrical work, and remodeling of two restrooms. Optional work includes interior preparation, priming, and painting of walls, ceilings, wood trim, and doors (Option #1). Another option covers installing vinyl sheet flooring and rubber wall base over existing tile in offices, halls, and restrooms (Option #2). A third option provides and installs a replacement water fountain in the garage (Option #3). No budget amounts, submission timelines, or specific geographic location are provided.
