GAOA LDV Crystal Lakes Water & Septic Resuscitation, PSICC, Colorado
This project entails installing a new 2-inch HDPE waterline beneath Colorado Highway 24, including all Subsurface Utility Engineering required for CDOT permitting. It also involves connecting the waterline from Dwelling 1 to the existing distribution system, replacing the well pump to provide 15 GPM, and installing a dual-stage booster pump with basement water storage. Associated electrical upgrades include relocating meters, burying service lines, upgrading panels, and supporting septic and booster pump systems. Additionally, the work replaces multiple septic systems for the Blue House, Brown House, Bunkhouse, and Shop, installs new sewer and dosing infrastructure, and includes asphalt removal with new road and gate installation. Services are performed in Colorado along Highway 24.
