Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This project requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete improvements for the primary power supply, wastewater system, and water system at the Shell Falls Wayside in the Bighorn National Forest. The work location is approximately 26 miles east of Greybull, Wyoming, along U.S. Highway 14. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. An organized site visit is scheduled for April 1, 2026. Questions from prospective bidders are due by April 8, 2026.
