Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed-price procurement for critical housing maintenance, including remodeling three bunkhouses, four single-family homes, a garage, and a storage shed. The work will be performed at the Idaho City Work Center in the Cascade Ranger District of the Boise National Forest. The estimated budget for construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The required completion date for all work is 15 October 2027. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, and bonding requirements will apply.
