The Contractor for this project shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to accomplish the Circle Road Aggregate project. This project consists of resurfacing up to 2.70 designated miles of Circle Road NFSR 203 per Base Item and Optional Items for additional work on same segment of roadway. See attached SOW and Specifications for full details. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with the applicable small business size standard of $45 million. In accordance with FAR 36.203, the magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Period of Performance shall be completed no later than June 30th, 2026 with a start date of May 1, 2026.
