This project consists of transporting and installing one precast concrete toilet and the associated site work at the Herman Gulch Trailhead site located on the Clear Creek Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. The toilet construction would include, but not limited to, quality control, clearing and grubbing, demolishing the existing abandoned concrete pad and vault, hauling of existing toilet vault and all associated features off-site to a state-approved landfill, new structure excavation, bedding and compaction, backfilling, site grading, transporting and installing a double vault toilet, and supplying and installation of concrete bollards, and resetting in-place of any parking bumpers or any existing features that are displaced as a result of construction.
