Below is a description of the work to be performed. Please view the full solicitiation and supporting documents attached to this notice. SCOPE OF CONTRACT A. This project includes removing and replacing metal roofs on 7 housing units at the Dubois Administrative Site. B. The work includes tearing off and disposing of the existing roofing (down to the sheathing) and installation of new metal roofing, flashing, ridge vent, ice and water shield, vented soffit, and fascia on 5 dwellings and 2 garages. C. Item 061000 will be paid for the actual quantity of sheathing replaced in case that sheathing beneath the roofing is found to be damaged.
