Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) Magnitude: (c) Between $100,000 and $250,000 Location: The project is located at the Dutch John Bunk House in Dutch John Utah, 115 5th Ave, Dutch John, UT 84023. Period of Performance: The work is expected to start sometime in October 2024 (Subject to change). The work must be completed within 60 days after the work has started.
