Project Title: San Juan Bridge Campground Road & Spur Deferred Maintenance (GAOA) The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete this project. Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) Project Magnitude: (c) Between $100,000 and $250,000 Location: From Pagosa Springs travel West on US-160 for 2.7 miles, turn right onto Piedra Rd and continue for 18.8 miles. Bridge Campground will be located on the right. The campground is located at Latitude 37.46235, Longitude -107.19865. Period of Performance: The work is anticipated to commence 60 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP) sometime in late 2024 or early 2024 and completing the project no later than April 25, 2025. The work is expected to be completed within 60 days after the work is started. Site Visit/Pre-Bid Meeting: Not mandatory but encouraged, no government escort will be present.
