The stated quantities for the gravel are correctly listed on the schedule of items, but the statement of work has different quantities listed. Please utilize the Schedule of Items as these numbers are correct. The Period of Performance is also being changed to September 1st through the 30th for base items and October 1st through the 15th for option items as there is earthwork that takes place in August that must be done before this project can begin. The offer due date is not extended. PROJECT NAME: BLOOMINGTON LAKE - MIDLAND TRAIL PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Proposed work hauling and placing 700 CY of gravel for the trail head, as well as temporary traffic control. Option items include hauling, placing, 467 CY of gravel on Road #30457 from the junction to the trail head. Local traffic shall be closed during construction with temporary traffic control measures in place. This project shall follow related FP-14 requirements and the Forest Service Supplemental Specifications for construction. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located on the Bloomington Canyon access road #30409 off US Highway 89 (42°10'35" N, 111°33'00" W) in Bear Lake County, Idaho.
