PROJECT NAME: CRESTED BUTTE ROAD MAINTENANCE AND SIGNAGE DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work includes, but is not limited to, performing road maintenance, repair, reconstruction, and improvement of Forest Service roads, parking areas, and camping spurs. See Statement of Work for additional details. PROJECT LOCATION: Project areas for maintenance and improvement include: FSR 811, Washington Gulch (including camping areas); FSR 734, Slate River (including camping areas); FSR 738, Brush Creek (including camping areas and trailheads) PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT SCHEDULED? NO, SEE SECTION L. SUBMIT PROPOSALS TO WESTLEY.BISSON@USDA.GOV. DO NOT MAIL PROPOSALS. BID GUARANTEES MUST STILL BE MAILED (PROPOSALS ABOVE $150K). Work must be completed by October 31st, 2024. The 150 days is estimated based on a start date of June 3rd, 2024. If offer is $35k-$150k, a payment bond applies. If offer is over $150k, a bid bond and performance bond applies and the bid bond must be sent to the address noted in Section L via mail and scanned and included with your proposal.
