Q&A Q1: Who is the phone service through at the site? Can the system be centrally monitored? Or does it need to be monitored by a 3rd party? Finally, is there a on-site dedicated IT administrator? A1: Phone/Internet Service is through Consolidated Consolidated Telephone Co. (nebnet.net) The system needs to call out to Forest Service personnel and possibly the local VFD. (It will not be third party monitored.) There is not an onsite IT administrator. The FS goes through our own IT contractor and professionals that are remote and all over the country. Q2: A separate question came up regarding Base line item 014. Is there a record of who the original supplier of the louver motors was? A Coolair representative is directing me to a regional supplier, but recommended speaking with the original supplier. A2: We have no idea who the original supplier was.
