The U.S. Forest Service is soliciting offers for a single award, Firm-Fixed Price contract type with an estimated magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000. The Government anticipates awarding a sole contract for the replacement of a water system at One Mile Campground in Gunnison, CO. Additional awards, at Forest Service discretion, may be considered depending on Forest Service need and results for proposal evaluations. Prospective offerors are required to submit proposals in accordance with the solicitation. Note: There will be a site visit on June 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM MST. Interested vendors are asked to meet at the campground entrance roundabout. Scope of Work: This project consists of construction of a drinking water treatment system, selective demolition, and replacement of specified well components. This opportunity is set aside for total small businesses. Location(s): This project is located at the One Mile Campground on the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. The solicitation and if applicable, any amendments, shall be posted on SAM.gov. Responses will be due 30 days after the solicitation is posted, unless extended through an amendment. There may be a question and answer period/pre-proposal conference before proposals are due. Interested offerors must be active in SAM.gov at the date and time proposals are due to be eligible for award. Proposals submitted by contractors without an active record in SAM.gov will not be considered.
