This project consists of removing existing T-111 plywood siding and related accessories, including gutters, and replace with new steel siding and new steel downspouts. The new steel siding shall be vertical board and batten. the new gutters shall be steel. This work shall also include replacing damaged sheathing if encountered and adding rigid foam insulation and replacing weather resistive barrier. The existing steel gutters shall be re-installed. there shall also be minor painting of exterior doors and railings. There is an option item to paint the concrete masonry unit walls of the building.
