The Government anticipates awarding a sole contract to make building improvements Creede, CO. Additional awards, at Forest Service discretion, may be considered depending on Forest Service need and results for proposal evaluations. Scope of Work: Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery for the following: Remove and install new windows. Prepare and paint building exterior. Remove and install new lighting and switches. Remove and install new electrical panels This opportunity is set aside for total small businesses.
