Update 09/11/2023: The purpose of the update is to post Amendment 0001 to the solicitation. The U.S. Forest Service is soliciting offers for a single award, Firm-Fixed Price contract type with an estimated magnitude for the base and options between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government anticipates awarding a sole contract for Blackrock Road Parking Lot Repair in Teton County, Wyoming. Additional awards, at Forest Service discretion, may be considered depending on Forest Service need and results for proposal evaluations. Scope of Work: The Blackrock Ranger District Parking Lot Repairs project includes base bid items of asphalt crack sealing and slurry sealing all asphalt pavements at the Blackrock District Office and work Center. This also includes white pavement markings and one ADA style pavement marking. Optional bid items include removal of existing concrete sidewalk and replacement with new reinforced cement concrete and full depth asphalt pavement patching (3” depth, Type II). This opportunity is set aside for total small businesses. Location(s): The project is located on the Bridger-Teton National Forest on the Blackrock Ranger District, Teton County, Wyoming. The site is accessed via U.S. Highway 26 and is located approximately 38 miles northeast of Jackson, Wyoming. The Blackrock Ranger District Office is on the south side of U.S. Highway 26 and the Blackrock Work Center is on the north side of U.S. Highway 26.
