The U.S. Forest Service is soliciting offers for a single award, Firm-Fixed Price contract type with an estimated magnitude for the base and options between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government anticipates awarding a sole contract for the renovate and improvement of the National Grasslands Visitor Center (NGVC) exhibit and kiosk. Additional awards, at Forest Service discretion, may be considered depending on Forest Service need and results for proposal evaluations. Scope of Work: The proposed project’s goal is to reduce the deferred maintenance and improve interpretive elements on the exterior of the NGVC. The reduction of deferred maintenance will be accomplished by replacing concrete pathways and plaza, outdated information kiosk and interpretive signage, failing lighting systems, and heavy maintenance natural spaces. This opportunity is set aside for total small businesses. Location(s): The NGVC is located in the town of Wall, South Dakota at 708 Main Street.
