Amendment #1 Sign in Sheet Q&A This project includes converting an existing bunkhouse building into an office at the Uinta Wasatch Cache NF, Ogden Ranger District, Huntsville Helibase Office. The work includes: 1. Conversion of existing bunkhouse into an office. 2. Remove and dispose of interior partitions and doors, and light fixtures. New entry door. 3. Replace carpet and resilient flooring throughout, new paint to walls and ceilings, interior doors and trim, and garage door. No change to paint or flooring in Garage. 4. Installation of slab at rear of building. 5. Installation of handrails at existing ramps. 6. Replace furnace and thermostats. 7. Provide and install condensing unit and refrigerant piping. 8. Install exhaust fans. 9. Replace water heater. 10. Install new lighting 11. Install new power and communications. Optional Bid Items: Remove and replace tub, surround and shower head/ faucet. Quantities associated with these options are identified in the Schedule of Items. PROJECT LOCATON The project is located at 6650 East 100 South, Huntsville, UT 84317. From the Ogden Ranger district office, travel East on 25th Street towards Potter Ave for 1.0 miles. Turn left and continue on Harrison Blvd for 1.5 miles. Turn right and continue on UT_39 E/Canyon Road for 11.6 miles. Turn left and continue of E 100 S for 1.4 miles, destination is on the right. Access to the site shall be coordinated with Government personnel due to site security.
