This is a pre-solicitation notice. Proposals will be solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for the Crow Valley and Olive Ridge Water Systems projects. This contract comprises the replacement of various components of the Crow Valley Campground Water System with optional work for the reconstruction of the water system at Olive Ridge Campground. The solicitation and associated attachments will be posted in approximately 30 days. Drawings and specifications will be provided at time of solicitation issuance. Project Location: Briggsdale and Allenpark, CO in Boulder & Weld Counties - The Crow Valley Campground water system is in Weld County, Colorado on the Pawnee National Grassland of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forest and Pawnee National Grassland. Crow Valley Campground is located approximately one mile north northwest of Briggsdale, Colorado off Weld County Road 77. Briggsdale Work Center is located approximately 0.5 miles north of Crow Valley Campground off Weld County Road 77. The Olive Ridge Campground water system is in Boulder County, Colorado on the Boulder Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forest and Pawnee National Grassland. Olive Ridge Campground is located off State Highway 7, approximately 1.5 miles north of Allenspark, Colorado. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 if all options are awarded. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award.
