Presolicitation Notice FISHLAKE SUPERVISOR’S OFFICE RENNOVATIONS Fishlake National Forest DESCRIPTION OF WORK This project consists of remodeling an existing facility for the Fishlake NF Supervisor’s and Richfield Ranger District Office. The facilities are owned and operated by the United States Forest Service as a part of the Fishlake National Forest. The construction work involves remodeling an existing single story wood framed office and updating the site, parking lots, lighting, fencing, gates, landscaping and installing a pavilion. PROJECT LOCATION The facility is located at 115 E 900 N Richfield Utah, 84701. The site is located in Sevier County, Utah. Contract Time: The work anticipated under any contract resulting from this solicitation will not start before August 1, 2022 and be completed within 360 days. The magnitude of proposed project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Project drawings will be provided as attachments to the Request for Proposal (RFP). The complete solicitation package will be attached and made available only through SAM.gov, https://sam.gov/content/home on or within 15 days of this notice. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from SAM.gov. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on SAM.gov.
