IMPORTANT DATES: Pre-site visit questions: 7 January 2022, 1:00p.m. Site Visit: Virtual 12 January 2022, 10:00 a.m. Questions Due: 19 January 2022, 1:00p.m. This work consists of the fabrication, delivery, off-loading, and installation of 4 double unit precast concrete toilet buildings with vaults, as well as demolition and disposal of 4 existing toilet buildings. The OPTIONAL bid item may or may not be awarded, but this consists of the fabrication, delivery, off-loading, and installation of 1 double unit precast concrete toilet building with vaults, as well as demolition and disposal of 1 existing toilet building. Toilet buildings must be fully accessible and must meet the design standard for naturally ventilated, odor free buildings. See attacments for full details. NOTE: IF AN AMENDMENT FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS POSTED THE SF-30 MUST BE SIGNED AND SENT BACK WITH THE PROPOSAL.
