Posting AMENDMENT - Questions and Answers, Site Visit Attendees This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION notice. Proposals are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for the NFSR 250 Road Maintenance contract. Work consists of providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete road maintenance services including tasks and subtasks related to road blading, and cleaning ditches on National Forest Road 250. NOTE: A pre-bid meeting is planned. Project Location: FSR 250 is located within Forest boundaries of the Rio Grande National Forest. Specific work will be from CO 17 to Stunner Pass (24.61 miles) and a map will be supplied. Mileage listed will have been determined by odometer, or geographic information system (GIS). For purposes of the contract, quantities listed are considered actual and not an estimate. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is Between $25,000 and $100,000. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award.
