This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION It is recommended Offerors attend the Pre-Bid/ Pre-Proposal Conference Description The project will include the installation of a 5’x 20’x 6” concrete pad and 4 - 24”x 24” x 30” post foundations for each Kiosk. The steel structures have been fabricated. However, assembly will be required on site. Assembly will include field fitting hardware and welding. Contractors will be required to transport the structures from the U.S Forest Service Air Tanker Base located at the Durango LaPlata Airport to each installation location. A pre-bid meeting will be required to give prospective bidders a clear understanding of the Government Supplied materials. In addition, the Pre-bid meeting will include site visit to the above existing Kiosk, and each installation location. Project Location: Three sites near Purgatory Ski Area. See Attachment 2 - Kiosk Installation Locations. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award.
