Proposals are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for the Maah Daah Hey North Trail Reconstruction project. The contract consists of 2 Items-Base and Option Items. The government intends to award all the items dependent on the quote prices and completion of an environmental study for Option Items. This contract requires furnishing labor, equipment (fully operated), supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals to complete this project in accordance with the Plans, Drawings, Specifications, and Special Project Provisions of this contract. Project Location: The project is located on the McKenzie Ranger District of the Little Missouri National Grasslands in McKenzie County North Dakota. See attached maps. General Information: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is Between $25,000 and $100,000. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award.
