Description This is a solicitation notice. Proposals are being solicited by the USDA Forest Service for the SO Office Remodel and Breakroom Repair project. The purpose of this project is to construct a divider wall in existing 23’x12’ office and install new doors, cove heaters, mini split HVAC system, and new ceiling tile to new office areas. Repair/replace sheetrock and replace ceiling tile in SO Breakroom and Contracting Office. Project Location: Black Hills National Forest, Supervisor’s Office (SO), 1019 North 5th Street, Custer, South Dakota In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal and to be considered for award.
