The purpose of Amendment 001, Solicitation No: 1240LT22Q0076, Carrizo Work Center Septic System and Rehabilitation is to 1) change the NAICS from 236220–Commercial and Institutional Building Construction to 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, and 2) answer questions from Industry. Contractor will supply all materials, personnel, equipment, and supervision to complete all work as described within the attached Specifications and drawings to include all necessary valid licenses and permits as required within the Specifications. 1. Removing the existing septic tanks for the dwelling and the shop and installing a new system and leaching field for both the shop and dwelling. 2. Removing the current exterior basement door and installing a new one and removing and installing a new interior basement door. Also, removing and replacing the south entrance metal door on the shop. 3. Installing a new sewage injector in the basement of the dwelling as well as installing new lavatory, toilet, and shower/tub combination in the basement bathroom and the shop bathroom. 4. Test and remediate the mold in the basement of the dwelling and clean the biohazardous waste (rodent waste) inside the shop. 5. Removing and replacing all carpet in the basement and the stairwell to the basement 6. Removing and installing new siding on the exterior of the dwelling and painting the new siding. 7. Installing a filter housing in the distribution line for the potable water system. 8. Environmental mitigation for mold and hantavirus cleanup 9.
