Contractor will supply all materials, personnel, equipment, and supervision to complete all work as described within the attached Statement of Work and drawings to include hauling, placing, spreading, and compacting North Dakota DOT Class 13 certified weed free aggregate on and reconditioning 3 miles on NFSR #1201. Work also includes cleaning one cattleguard, all according to the plans, drawings, and specifications of this contract. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. See Attachment 1-Forest Service Supplemental Specifications Period of Performance is NTP plus 365 days. A pre-bid tour will not be held. All bidders are encouraged to visit the project site.
